How we use your details.

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, property address, lighting selections and any notes you choose to provide.

Preparing your quote

Our authorized team uses these details to review the property, verify scope and measurements, prepare your quote and contact you about your request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list or reserve an installation date.

Storage and access

Requests and working estimates are stored in our website’s database. Staff must sign in to access them. The form does not upload photographs or collect payment information. We also use limited request information to prevent repeated or abusive submissions.

Your quote link

An approved quote may include your name, property address, selected scope and price. Anyone you share its private link with can view it, so share it only with people you intend to involve. Internal notes and pricing calculations are excluded.

Corrections and deletion requests

Reply to the team member handling your quote to ask about your stored information, correct your details or request deletion. If you have not yet heard from us, use the request form and include your request reference and what you would like changed in the notes. We will verify your identity before acting on private information.
